FAQ/Important point

It's my first time ordering nail tips. Will I be able to apply them successfully?

Once you get used to it, you can apply them in about 10 minutes. Please check out the instructional videos on our Instagram.

How long will it take to receive my order after placing it?

After you place your order and payment is confirmed, we will ship within a maximum of 15 days. (Please note that delivery time will be additional.) I hope you look forward to its arrival.

Regarding cancellations.

Cancellations or changes after the order has been confirmed are not permitted. Please be aware that size errors due to measurement mistakes will incur additional shipping costs and fees (and may require a repurchase depending on the number of items).

We only address issues related to initial defects. Please contact us via Instagram DM with a photo within three days of receiving the product.
